In data-protection terms the primary model is joint controllership (Art. 26 GDPR); a DPA under Art. 28 GDPR is provided on request as a separate document. Some subprocessors (CDN and AI inference) are based in the USA and are safeguarded via EU-US DPF and/or standard contractual clauses. All providers, locations and safeguards are listed openly at /subprocessors. Your content is not used to train third-party models.

Yes. There is no minimum term — you cancel with one click in the dashboard. After the contract ends the bot is deactivated and the knowledge base is kept for up to 60 days for export or reactivation, then deleted.
