Do I need a credit card or do I have to pick a plan first?
No. You register with just your name, email and password and start right away. No payment method is required and no plan selection is needed. Only when you want to keep your bot after the trial and make it publicly live do you choose a paid plan.
When do the 14 days start?
The trial starts automatically as soon as you create your first chatbot (alternatively via a click in the dashboard). The 14-day period runs from that moment. One trial is granted per account.
What is included in the trial?
One chatbot at Starter feature level, a starter credit allowance and the complete build workflow (builder, knowledge base, live preview, style). The bot stays private during the trial.
Is this a permanently free plan?
No. It is a time-limited, free 14-day trial — meant for trying things out. It is not a permanent free tier. After the trial you freely decide whether to continue with a plan.
What happens after the 14 days?
If you choose a plan during the trial, you keep your bot and can take it live. Without a plan, the bot is deactivated after expiry. We then keep your configuration and knowledge base for another 30 days — so you can reactivate later by choosing a plan or export your data.
Why is the offer limited?
We are in the soft-launch / early-access phase and keep the free trial spots open while our capacity allows. We may therefore adjust the scope, duration and availability of the trial. Whoever starts now secures their trial in the early phase.
