This legal notice applies exclusively to the platform zeptix.io and its subdomains app.zeptix.io, chat.zeptix.io, en.chat.zeptix.io as well as any further marketing and support sites operated by Zeptix itself.

The Zeptix platform hosts third-party chatbots (so-called “tenant bots” or “customer bots”). These bots are operated and editorially controlled by the respective bot operator — not by Zeptix. Zeptix merely provides the technical infrastructure and the AI model (comparable to a hosting or platform provider under § 7 ff. TMG / Art. 6 DSA).

For the content of a tenant bot — in particular the uploaded knowledge base, the system prompt, the bot personality and the generated answers — the respective bot operator is solely responsible. The operator is obliged to provide an own legal notice (TMG § 5 / DDG § 5) and an own privacy policy (Art. 13 GDPR) and to link them in the bot.

Complaints, access requests or deletion claims regarding the content of a specific tenant bot should be addressed primarily to the respective bot operator. If they are unreachable or do not respond within 48 hours, you may contact Zeptix: [email protected] or via /legal/incident-reporting.

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws pursuant to § 7 Para. 1 TMG. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information.

AI-generated content produced by the service may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Zeptix assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of such content for specific purposes. Users are responsible for verifying and validating AI-generated content before any production use.

Our service contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no control. We therefore cannot accept any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for the content.

The content and works on these pages created by the site operator are subject to German copyright law. Duplication, processing, distribution, or any form of exploitation beyond the scope of copyright law requires the written consent of the respective author or creator.
