This legal notice applies exclusively to the platform zeptix.io and its subdomains app.zeptix.io, chat.zeptix.io, en.chat.zeptix.io as well as any further marketing and support sites operated by Zeptix itself.

First-party products of the same operator, including VelonLabs at velonlabs.dev, velonlabs.app and velonlabs.io, have their own legal notice on the respective domain. They are not third-party tenants of other customers. Third-party customers remain responsible for their bots hosted on Zeptix.

The Zeptix platform hosts third-party chatbots (so-called “tenant bots” or “customer bots”). These bots are operated and editorially controlled by the respective bot operator — not by Zeptix. Zeptix merely provides the technical infrastructure and the AI model (comparable to a hosting provider under Art. 6 DSA).

For the content of a tenant bot — in particular the uploaded knowledge base, the system prompt, the bot personality and the generated answers — the respective bot operator is solely responsible. The operator is obliged to provide an own legal notice and an own privacy policy (Art. 13 GDPR) and to link them in the bot.

Complaints, access requests or deletion claims regarding the content of a specific tenant bot should be addressed primarily to the respective bot operator. If they are unreachable or do not respond within 48 hours, you may contact Zeptix: [email protected] or via /legal/incident-reporting.

Information on the processing of personal data is in the privacy policy.

Paid services, digital products and subscriptions follow the contract terms and consumer information provided before the contract is concluded. Cancelling a subscription and withdrawing from a contract are different steps.

Notices of content that may be illegal can be sent to [email protected] or via /legal/incident-reporting. Where the service is legally required to do so, an electronic notice mechanism is also available (Art. 16 DSA).

We try to resolve complaints directly and by agreement. Please contact [email protected]. XDEVIO DIGITAL Ltd. does not generally take part in voluntary out-of-court consumer dispute resolution, unless participation is required by law. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
