What exactly is Zeptix AI called zep?
zep is the personal AI assistant for every Zeptix user. You chat with it and it operates the platform for you: create bots, maintain knowledge bases, query analytics, change settings. Available in the dashboard and under its own domain zeptix.ai.
Does that mean I no longer need the click UI at all?
You can keep clicking if you want — the UI stays fully featured. zep is an additional layer on top for anyone who works faster by language than by click. Both are equal, you choose the path per task.
How does zep learn over time?
zep stores your platform setup (which bots you have, in which language, with which tone), your vocabulary (brand words, personas, internal abbreviations) and your recurring tasks. On the tenth similar request it no longer has to ask from scratch — it remembers.
What about data protection and control?
EU hosting, GDPR-compliant, DPA under Art. 28 on request. Your zep memory is private — it is not used for other customers or public models. You can review memories at any time, delete them individually or reset the entire memory.
What happens if zep performs an action I didn't intend?
Every platform action runs through a confirmation scheme: first zep shows what it intends ('I will create bot X, with knowledge Y, under domain Z'), then you confirm. Security-relevant actions (plan switch, deleting a bot, removing a member) always require confirmation. The audit log is complete.
Does it cost extra?
No. zep is part of all plans — including the free tier with a moderate request limit. Pro and Business plans have higher limits, audit log access and multi-year memory. Details under Pricing.
Where can I reach zep directly?
In the Zeptix dashboard as a chat sidebar and on its own domain zeptix.ai with its own landing page. A mobile app is coming in a later phase. Log in via your Zeptix account, no extra access needed.
