What exactly is Zeptix AI called zep?
zep is the personal AI assistant for every Zeptix user. You chat with it and it configures your bot: set persona and tone, maintain knowledge bases, change bot settings. Available in the Zeptix dashboard.
Does that mean I no longer need the click UI at all?
You can keep clicking if you want — the UI stays fully featured. zep is an additional layer on top for anyone who works faster by language than by click. Both are equal, you choose the path per task.
Does zep remember what I tell it?
Within a conversation, yes: zep knows the bot you're working on and your chat history. It has no permanent memory across sessions — anything that should apply permanently ends up in the bot settings and the knowledge base. That's exactly where you can review and change it at any time.
What about data protection and control?
EU hosting, GDPR-compliant, DPA under Art. 28 on request. Your content stays private — it is not used for other customers or public models. Whatever zep writes into your bot settings and knowledge base you can review, change or delete at any time.
What happens if zep performs an action I didn't intend?
Every platform action runs through a confirmation scheme: first zep shows what it intends ('I will create bot X, with knowledge Y, under domain Z'), then you confirm. Security-relevant actions (plan switch, deleting a bot, removing a member) always require confirmation. The audit log is complete.
Does it cost extra?
