What is Zeptix?
Zeptix is a platform for your own AI chatbots. You create a bot, upload knowledge, adjust personality and branding, and receive your own bot URL. Zeptix handles hosting, knowledge search, response logic and operations.
Does Zeptix train its own model on my data?
No. Zeptix uses your data for Retrieval-Augmented Generation, meaning search at runtime. Your content is processed into chunks and embeddings, but it is not trained into an LLM.
What does Zeptix cost?
As of May 2026, Early-Bird pricing applies: Starter 29 EUR per month, Pro 69 EUR per month and Business 249 EUR per month. The regular prices are Starter 49 EUR, Pro 119 EUR and Business 419 EUR per month.
Where is my data stored?
Zeptix is DACH- and EU-focused. The product communication is built around GDPR-compliant hosting and clear subprocessor information. Details are available in the privacy policy, the subprocessor list and the respective agreements.
Can I run multiple bots?
Yes, depending on your plan. Starter is intended for a single bot, Pro extends to multiple bots, and Business offers larger limits, white-label and more advanced operating options.
Do I need technical knowledge?
Not to get started. You need clear content and an understanding of your target audience. Technical details such as chunking, embeddings, model routing and hosting are handled by Zeptix.
